SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role functions as the primary liaison between all internal staffing servicing branch offices, the corporate offices and the designated assigned national account customers throughout the US, including but not limited to 3rd party designated Managed Service Providers (“MSP”). This person will oversee their daily operations to include job order fulfillment, contract compliance, relationship building, and best servicing strategies required by the customer. They will be responsible for continual development required to educate and collaborate with various internal leadership with our field offices to ensure the best in class and most profitable outcome from our contractual programs assigned.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

  • Support and sustain a positive client relationship that leads to the best ranked supplier in the program, as defined in the contract. 100%
  • Strategic assignment of best recruiting resources available within our internal organization to ensure 100% job order fulfillment using all technical tools available to them, including 3rd party VMS. 100%
  • Updating our internal program guide (“summary sheet”) available for our servicing branches assigned with on-going updates and changes to the program. 100%
  • On-going training to all internal parties to properly utilize all VMS technology assigned by our customer in the program. 100%
  • On-going execution of increasing the revenue strategies on the programs assigned with precise and effecting planning that measures results. 100%
  • Provide analytical insights and conclusions from 3rd party data (VMS) with our own internal system data to continuously improve our overall performances required by our customer. 100%
  • Conduct regular business reviews and scorecard meetings internally and externally with excellent presentation skills and accuracy required. 100%
  • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and audits required by the customer. 100%
  • Effective daily communications with servicing FRAs (Fulfillment Responsible Associates) and SRAs (Selling Responsible Associates) from our field offices to monitor their daily progress of fulfillment and compliances of the program. 100%
  • Driving the top line potential revenue of the program by fulfilling all opportunities given from our customers assigned and increasing their overall sales on a quarterly basis. 100%
  • Maintaining a consistent documentation of all servicing aspects of the program with detailed and accurate communications. 100%
  • Meeting an on-going KPI deliverables required by the SLA required by the customers as well as our internal deadline requirements. 100%
  • Research and reconcile any and all potential financial discrepancies or missed payments from our customers, including potential escalated payment issues with our branch invoicing.

  • Strong attention to details and follow up skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with proper grammar and professional dialogues
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and action items without compromising service or quality. Accuracy and speed are critical skills needed in this role.
  • Excellent computer skills, including advanced MS Excel Skills to provide data analysis, including but not limited to formulas and pivot tables.
  • Able to compare and analyze multiple data sources from various technical systems to generate a comprehensive reporting
  • Able to deliver creative and professional presentations on MS Power Point
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to successfully interface with all people internally and externally through various communication methods
  • Flexible and accountable team player
  • Highly organized to meet multiple deadlines

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn proprietary technology.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as mark-up percentages, gross margins, bill rates, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Desirable BA or BS college degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in staffing branches
  • Desirable work experience in MSP or VMS servicing customers for staffing industry with proven track record as a reference in the past 5 years
